Science: "Whoops" for the Drug Makers

September 20, 2009 by Pete Carapetyan

Apparently NLP isn't the only discipline plagued by that nagging prospect of real science.

In this article, the authors reflect on years of problems that the drug makers have been having with those pesky studies they are required to do.

Seems that placebos have almost as beneficial an effect as the drugs themselves, or at least that's what the science seems to say.

Doubt serves all disciplines equally well. The point that this article shares with doubtNLP perspectives is that the mind is powerful thing, even over physical realities such as our bodies.
